PRODUCT3 Pty Ltd (ABN 73 685 245 541) operates the PRODUCT3 website at product3.com.au. This page explains, in plain terms, how we collect and use information when you visit the site or contact us.
If you have questions about this policy, please email us at contact@product3.com.au.
What we collect
When you submit a contact or enquiry form, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), company name, the type of help you are interested in, the main challenge you would like to solve, and any additional details you choose to share.
We may also collect basic technical information automatically as part of operating the website, such as browser type, device type, pages visited, referral source, and approximate location where available. This information is used to keep the site running, secure, and improving over time.
Why we collect it
We use the information you share to:
- respond to your enquiry,
- discuss potential services with you,
- improve the website and the experience of using it,
- maintain reasonable business records, and
- meet our legal and operational obligations.
Sharing and processing
We do not sell personal information.
To operate the website and respond to enquiries, your information may be processed by trusted service providers we use for email delivery, hosting, analytics, form handling, and business systems. These providers process information on our behalf, subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.
Your choices
You can contact us at contact@product3.com.au to:
- ask what information we hold about you,
- request that information be corrected, or
- request that information be deleted, where applicable.
We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
The Product3 platform and connected Google accounts
When a business connects its Google account to the Product3 platform (through the Product3 console), Product3 receives only the limited access that user authorises via Google's consent screen:
- What we access: the email address of the connected Google account; the ability to create and manage calendar events (including Google Meet links); and access only to the Google Drive files the platform creates or that you open with it. We do not access your wider Drive, your Gmail, or any other Google data.
- How we use it: solely to provide the features your business has asked for — for example, scheduling appointments with Google Meet links in your calendar, or creating the documents your workflows need. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.
- How it is stored: authorisation tokens are stored encrypted at rest in a managed secret vault hosted in Australia; access to them is restricted and audited. We do not keep copies of your calendar or Drive content beyond what a workflow you requested produces.
- Sharing: Google user data is not shared with third parties, other than the infrastructure providers that host our systems and process data on our behalf.
- Revoking access: you can disconnect a Google account at any time in the Product3 console (Business → Integrations → Disconnect), or from your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens.
- Limited Use: Product3's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
